Christer Kvant, working under the name KvantART, is a Swedish artist from Skåne who creates detailed contemporary art filled with emotion, imagination, and personality. His works range from realism, structural painting, mixed media, and visual storytelling, with each painting carrying its own atmosphere and story.
With over 30 years of experience in art, advertising, design, and visual communication, Christer has developed a personal visual language where humor, warmth, color, and depth take center stage. In the summer of 2023, Christer's life changed drastically when he was struck by a rare and life-threatening lung disease. After that period, creating art took on an even deeper meaning. Art became not just a creative expression but also a way to process life, find strength, and convey hope, presence, and zest for life.
Christer works intuitively and uses the materials and techniques that best convey the feeling in each piece. For him, art is not about following rules but about creating something that feels genuine.
In recent years, KvantART has gained increased attention through exhibitions, collaborations, and sales of original paintings and Fine Art Prints throughout Sweden.
